Group Workshops are for a close group of 6 to 8 participants only. And each participants gets the opportunity to try the dish 100% hands-on. The recipes are explained step-by-step with required caution that needs to be taken at your end.

Chicken Adraki

Adraki Murg is a classic North Indian recipe of ginger-flavored chicken. Spices like cardamom, star anise, coriander and turmeric, are mixed into a cooling yogurt, used to marinate the chicken and then stir-fried together with onions and tomatoes. Cumin flavored rice is a must food while eating Punjabi food. Separate strands of Basmati Rice is sautéed in lightly toasted cumin with ghee/oil and garnished with fresh coriander rice.
