Tandoori Chicken Tikka

This is my favourite starter for any party at home and gets done in no time. You can cook this even while the guests are arriving and is a perfect match with a little tangy, spicy mint and coriander chutney.   I add this on a paratha or a multigrain tortilla and gulp it down in no time as a wrap. Decorating the skewers is the best part and looks the best with all the colors that you get with bell peppers and onion.   If you are vegetarian, you can replace chicken with paneer or even tofu.     Happy Tandoor-ing! :)...
